Comprising an area of 750 hectares, the farm has been accompanying the conversion of Alentejo agriculture, having made several major investments in this direction. Thus, along with the conversion of part of the irrigated land, not only reinforced the forest areas, privileging the cork oak (Quercus Suber), as it installed 43 hectares of vineyards in extreme stands, planting a modern olive grove on 30 hectares.
In the vineyard, where 36 hectares of reds are castes and 7 hectares of white varieties, the most outstanding grape varieties of the Alentejo - Trincadeira and Aragonez in the paints and Arinto and Antão Vaz in the whites - were favored along with others in a smaller proportion which were considered to be an asset in differentiating terms: Alfrocheiro, Tinta Caiada, Alicante Bouschet, Cabernet Sauvignon, Touriga Nacional, Syrah and Baga in paints, as well as Verdelho, Sauvignon Blanc and Roupeiro in white.
