Inserted in the Green Wine Region, with a total agricultural area of 220 hectares, the Quinta is divided into three distinct sectors of agricultural activity
Vitiviniculture, forage production (hay and corn) and forest.
The forest, which occupies the greater part of the total area of the Agricultural House, is populated with hardwood species (eucalyptus) and resinous (pine tree).
In the 40 hectares of vineyard, cultivated in a soil rich in silica and clay, with an excellent exposure to the sun, the recommended and authorized varieties for this area are Alvarinho, Arinto, Sauvignon, Loureiro, Pedernã, Trajadura and Fernão Pires.
