Artikel der Marke Quinta Mendes Pereira
Quinta Mendes Pereira a farm where wine is born, grows and then rests before being given public life, in the heart of the historic village of Oliveira de Conde in a construction originated in the mid-nineteenth century.
The production, vinification and bottling takes place integrally in Quinta Mendes Pereira, and its name is only used in the bottling of the selected and awarded wine lots. The harvest takes place at the end of September under the auspices of the patron saint S. Miguel. As is natural in upland wine the picking is done manually so as not to damage or adulterate the grapes. In the cellar, the fruits are squeezed in a traditional way in a granitic stone wine press, as tradition says.
