    This was accompanied by a new land clearing and reparcelling, with a total of 70 hectares being reached, which will be enlarged in the near future due to the excellent ecological situation of the area.
    Following this remodeling was built a new cellar equipped with the latest technology, located in the village of Outeiro 8 km from Tomar.
    The vineyards of the Encosta do Sobral were planted on the sunny slopes belonging to the Parishes of Junceira and Serra.

    The beginning of the adventure began with the grandfather of the company's global manager, Eng. Paulo Sousa.
