|Vinification||The grapes were rigorously selected. They were fermented unleashed, at controlled temperatures, and regular, with an extended period of maceration of the films to improve fruit aroma and achieve a good balance and structure of tannins.|
|Ageing||Aged for 12 months in barrels of French Oak (90%) and American Oak (10%).|
