Herdade Grande White Wine
This wine has a fruity aromas, where tropical fruits predominate, green apple, complemented by citric notes.
In 1920, an Alentejo farmer from the Aljustrel area, Ernesto dos Santos Lança, fell in love with a property at the doors of Vidigueira and there he set the cradle of a family that would never leave the land again. The Spears were settled in the Great Homestead.

- It goes well with spicy shellfish or grilled white meats and vegetable dishes of the Mediterranean diet

- The grapes are crushed and gently pressed with short press maceration. The resulting first press undergoes cold static decantation. The must then ferments slowly in stainless steel tanks in temperatures between 13ºC to 14ºC

- The nose has great fruit intensity, Rounded on the palate, with a rich taste of tropical fruit, peach, passion fruit and hints of honey. Well balanced acidity with good structure, oily texture and a fine yet very persistent finish
