Sparkling salmon-colored, copper, bright and with numerous blisters and intense. On the nose shows aromas of strawberry, raspberry, baking bread and some toasted touch. The palate is dry, fruity, presents a great creaminess that dissolves on the tongue and a lot of fruit. Combines lightness and persistence with mineral acidity.
