The firm operates 4 vineyards, located within a 5km radius of Rua in the Douro region, belonging to the Nunes de Matos family, the oldest being the Quinta da Varanda acquired in 1685, also one of the oldest in the region. Quinta da Fvida and Al Tanha was purchased in 1940, while the Quinta dos Avidagos, where the main house and the winery were purchased, was acquired in 1978. In 1999, a winery was built with the latest technological advances that allows us produce quality wines.
