In shale lands and low altitude is the Quinta de Ervamoira, where the grapes are created in a warm and dry climate, allowing their deep maturation. In another granite terrain of higher altitude is located Quinta dos Bons Ares. Here, the grapes ripen in a fresh and airy atmosphere, giving the fruit its aroma, freshness and liveliness. Through a careful test, the "Duas Quintas" were merged into one wine, with fruit, strength and complexity
