|Vinification||After careful selection, they were pressed rapidly at a low temperature to avoid oxidation and any great extraction of colour. The must was fermented in 228 litre French oak barrels for approximately 2 months|

|Tasting Notes||Salmon colour. The aromas are still slightly shy but vibrant nevertheless, promising to develop further in the bottle. The palate offers plenty of freshness as well as some body|
