- The grapes, previously destemmed, underwent a pre-fermentative maceration at low temperatures for 48 hours. The alcoholic fermentation was done in mills, not exceeding 25ºC, during 10 days, with the use of robot of step.

- Opaque in color with violet tint. Notes of ripe black fruit and some floral notes. In the mouth, it presents freshness, with rich and mature tannins. The finish of the mouth is intense, elegant and long.
