Paulo Laureano Bacalhau 2015 Red Wine
This wine is a very special project with a clear goal. To be the perfect match for cod dishes. I brought together chefs, sommeliers, journalists,and friends from Portugal, Brazil and Norway tohelp me find out this harmony. We combined the exclusively Portuguesegrapes with traditionaly cures dispfish captured in the cold, clear waters of Norway.
Paulo Laureano Vinus is a family project that began in 1999 with a small vineyard near Évora (Vinea Maria's), which has had a major impact since 2006 with the acquisition of 75 hectares of vineyards in the emblematic Alentejo region of Vidigueira, in a very special "terroir", capable of giving a greater identity and personality to the wines.
