- Total destemming with crushing, after careful selection of the grapes. Fermentation in controlled temperature tanks to preserve the fruity and floral aromas of the grape varieties.
- 40% of the wine aged in French oak barrels.
- Tasting Notes
- In the mouth it is full bodied, fruity and round tannins. It has a long and persistent ending. A very elegant and fresh aroma of red fruits, where red fruit and freshness combine perfectly with balsamic notes of wood.
