After a very delicate pressing of the grapes, harvested at the beginning (Chardonnay) and in mid-September (Arinto), the must fermented for 16 days in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature.
In bottle on lees for 9 months.
Citrus yellow color. Intense, with notes of flowers of citrus, pineapple, peach and light toast. In the mouth it is fresh, dry and well balanced. The aromatic sensations perceived by direct olfaction are confirmed.
