Loaded in colour, it is a wine of great aromatic complexity. In the mouth it is full-bodied, with good structure, excellent balance of very pure fruit and more vegetable notes, and above all very fresh, which is hardly found in Alentejo

Manual harvest into boxes of 20 kg. Parcialdestemming. Grapes are crushed with feet in open top tanks for two days incold soaking. Finish fermentation in stainless steal tanks with temperaturecontrol. Pressed in vertical hydraulic press
