Tasting Notes
Very attractive in aroma, combining mineral notes with citrine and fruit notes of little ripe pulp. In the tasting it is well structured, with some volume of mouth and with much freshness, anchored in an excellent acidity unusual for the region.

Vinification
Hand Harvesting. Skin contact maceration for 8 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at a temperature of 12ºC, for 5 weeks.
