Caido Rosé is an Alentejo wine produced by Adega Mayor

Adega Mayor has 80 hectares of cultivated vineyards in this region of Alentejo, of which 69 are at Herdade das Argamassas and the remaining 11 at Herdade da Godinha. The grape bunches are hand collected and deposited in 15 kg boxes and quickly taken to the wine cellar. There, in a collecting table, a highly qualified team

Tasting Notes
Its aroma suggests fresh red fruit, strawberries and cherries with an acidic and exotic background. The flavour is alive, and the sweetness and intensity of the fruit culminate in a long and vibrant finish
Vinification
The harvest was done manually to 20 kg boxes followed by a selection of berries and grapes in the cellar. The grapes were gently pressed and the juice clarified and fermented in stainless steel vats at 15ºC

<p></p> <p>Fitapreta Chão dos Eremitas Os Paulista White Wine</p> <p>At the foot of the Serra d'Ossa is this Chão dos Eremitas, the place where the Hermits of the Order of São Paulo, Os Paulistas, chose to plant their vineyards. Two streams bring rainwater down from the Serra to keep the ground cool in the torrid Alentejo heat. These vineyards were of such importance that a Papal Bull of 1397 exempted the Paulistas from vineyard taxes and reinforced their importance. This Paulistas White comes from a plot planted in 1969 in coplantation (mixed vineyards), revealing an Alentejo that has been lost in time.</p>
