Sidónio de Sousa Vinha do Autor reveals intense and bright ruby colour, slightly smoky berry aroma. On the palate we are surprised by its vibrant acidity and freshness, with tannins that are present but already partially soft, due to the long ageing in vats, without showing any presence of wood in the wine. It's a wine that stands out for its persistence and ability to age in the bottle for another 10 to 15 years. It should be consumed in moderation.

In the glass, Colinas Principal Grande Reserva Red Wine reveals a deep, opaque core with a ruby rim. The nose opens with complex aromas of preserved black fruit, mint, graphite, and green pepper, evolving into layers of cedar, spice, and fine oak. On the palate, it is full-bodied and refined, offering vibrant acidity, soft polished tannins, and a long, persistent finish. A wine for collectors and connoisseurs, it’s perfect for pairing with aged meats, game, or simply for slow contemplation. Serve between 16–18 °C.

When tasting Frei João Rosé, expect a bright salmon pink hue. The aroma is expressive and fresh, with notes of fresh red berries (strawberry, raspberry, cherry), citrus touches, and sometimes a slight floral or mineral nuance. On the palate, it is vibrant and refreshing, with crisp acidity that makes it very appealing. It presents a light to medium body, with persistent red fruit flavors and a clean, dry finish. This rosé is extremely versatile for food pairing, ideal with fresh salads, seafood, grilled fish, Asian cuisine (sushi, mildly spicy dishes), white meats, and various appetizers. It's best enjoyed well chilled, making it an excellent choice for leisure moments or light meals.
