Tasting Notes
Clear and intense garnet color with slight brownish tones. The nose is intense in macerated forest fruits and nuances of spicy notes, nuts and light toasted.

Vinification
Total desengace, soft and prolonged skin maceration, alcoholic fermentation at 26ºC.
Ageing
18 months of aging in new French oak barrels with light toast.

Pre-fermentation skin maceration for 4 hours, followed by gentle pressing. Start of fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature. Final fermentation in used 400 litre French oak barrels for 10 months with batonnage.</p>
