<p>Justino's Boal Colheita 2008 is crafted using the traditional aging method known as 'canteiro.' In this process, the wines are aged in oak casks under the natural heat of the warehouses. This allows them to develop their oxidative characteristics while maintaining a balance between the natural sweetness and acidity of the region's grapes. This unique method ensures that the distinct flavours of the two grape varieties used are preserved, without merging them into a single commercial reference.</p>
