Casa da Passarella Villa Oliveira Vinha das Pedras Altas display a deep ruby or opaque red color. The aroma usually features a blend of red and dark fruits (such as cherry, blackberry, or plum), intertwined with mineral notes, balsamic nuances, and sometimes hints of spice, tobacco, or subtle oak, depending on the aging process. On the palate, it is typically a full-bodied and balanced wine, with well-integrated tannins, good acidity, and a long, persistent finish, reflecting the unique terroir of the "Pedras Altas" vineyard. For food pairing, this structured and complex red wine is ideal for accompanying robust meat dishes, such as roasted lamb or beef, game meats, and aged, intense cheeses. Its richness and firm tannins make it a perfect complement to flavorful and savory meals.
