On the nose, it's an aromatic explosion. At first, the violet stands out, then it opens up in the glass to fruit, essentially red berries and some lime. In the mouth it deconstructs all the olfactory lightness, the strawberry intensifies and the acidity combined with the lightness of the alcohol, envelops the mouth with the texture of a foam. <p>Casa da Passarella O Fugitivo Baga shows a open colour. On the nose, it typically offers aromas of red fruits, often accompanied by vegetal notes and sometimes hints of licorice or cherry. On the palate, Baga wines are generally characterized by their high acidity and firm, well-structured tannins, leading to a long, persistent finish. Some Baga wines, especially those from Dão, can also show notes of pine or earthiness. Given its structure and acidity, "O Fugitivo Baga" is an excellent wine for food pairing.
