The harvest is done manually, with transportation in 20kg boxes, ensuring utmost respect for the integrity of the fruit. In the winery, the wine is crafted in stainless steel tanks and French oak barrels, a process that emphasizes the purity of the fruit and the structure of the wine. <br /><br />After aging for 24 months in new French oak barrels, the wine is then bottled and matures for another year before it is ready to be enjoyed.</p>
