<p></p><p>Deep chestnut brown at the centre gradually fading to amber and a narrow edge of pale straw at the rim. All its complex elements working together in harmony. The nose is intense but finely constituted and the aromas remarkably delicate and ethereal given its great age. Hints of vanilla, cedar wood and cinnamon provide a subtle spicy redolence. On the palate the wine has a light touch displaying bright acidity and perfect balance but holds massive reserves of aroma which emerge on the long finish in a seemingly endless mellow surge. Very few Ports retain such balance and finesse after so many years maturing in cask.</p> <p>Taylor Fladgate VVOP is bets served after a meal, slowly treasured as a desert in its own right.</p>

<p>Saborinho (aka: Tinta Negra, Molar de Colares) is one of the traditional grape varietals of the Azores Islands that almost disappeared from our vineyards. This limited edition of 1518 bottles tests the potential of this grape. The result? A fresh red wine, with a ligth color, salty, iodine and complex, teasing the palate with something that could have only been born in the sea.</p>

<p></p><p>Inóspito Touriga Nacional Red Wine is the result of a blend of two completely different plots. One is located in the Cima Corgo sub-region, between Quinta da Sra. da Ribeira and Quinta dos Canais, between 100 and 200 metres above sea level, and the other is located in the Douro Superior sub-region, in Escalhão, at 500 metres above sea level. </p> <p>The blend of the two plots results in a profile like the old days, floral, fresh, complex and with structure, without any tartaric correction.</p>

<p></p> <p>Firmado Reserva White Wine has a very complex nose with pronounced fruit (mandarin, grapefruit, pear, pineapple), dried fruit (walnut, almond), mineral (gunpowder, sweet notes (cinnamon, ginger) and a slight vanilla. In the mouth, the definition of the pear, dried fruit and vanilla stand out. Slightly delicate tannins that add unctuousness and mouthfeel. It finishes long and persistent with a frank, salivating acidity.</p>
