Nice clear amber colour. On the palate, rich and nutty with caramel, spice, raisin, toasted walnut. On the palate, rich with caramel, toffee, raisin, almond, and baking spice. Nice finish
Vinification
The grapes are destemmed, crushed and vinified in a careful maceration with extraction of coloour, tannins and aroma, complemented by permanent pumping-over during fermentation. This process takes place in vats at a controlled temperature (28-30ºC)
