On the tasting notes, the AdegaMãe Viognier presents a bright, clear citrus to straw-yellow color. The nose offers a perfume of Atlantic expression, with prominent notes of white peach, apricot, and other white fruits, complemented by elegant floral aromas (like honeysuckle or violet). On the palate, it is described as voluptuous and structured, with good volume and a creamy texture that is well-balanced by refreshing acidity, leading to an intense and persistent finish. This aromatic and structured wine pairs exceptionally well with a variety of dishes, including fish and seafood, poultry and pork, creamy pasta dishes, soft cheeses, and even spicy Asian cuisine

Quinta do Pinto Semillon White Wine has complex and very elegant aroma, with citrus notes, white-fleshed fruit and subtle floral notes in perfect harmony with aromas of barrel toast and beeswax, brought on by ageing in barrels and progressive battonages.

On the palate it is structured and creamy, but with an elegance typical of our terroir. Its vibrant acidity and subtle saline touch make for a very long and persistent finish.
