Terra de Lobos ia a delightful white wine. The vibrant citrine color suggests a youthful and lively wine. The nose, with its explosion of passion fruit and apricot, indicates a rich and fruity profile, while the vegetal notes from the Sauvignon Blanc add complexity and freshness.

On the palate, the excellent freshness and acidity are key indicators of a well-crafted wine, contributing to its balance and elegance. The medium-long persistence suggests that the flavors linger pleasantly, making it a suitable choice for pairing with a variety of dishes or enjoying on its own.

Terra de Lobos White Wine would likely pair well with seafood, salads, or light poultry dishes, enhancing the overall dining experience. Enjoy!

The Reserva das Pedras wines are born from old vines planted in the Charneca zone. With the mission to respect our history, we preserve these iconic vineyards planted on a soil that was once traversed by the River Tejo, leaving its mark in the form of rounded pebbles. This gives rise to wines with an elegant and fresh profile that distinctly express the natural harmony between the soil, climate, and plants. In order to accurately determine the harvest date, we value the control of maturation with frequent sample collection. We assess and cross various parameters beyond the essentials with the goal of certifying the superior quality of these wines.

Manual harvest in 18 kg boxes, grape selection on the sorting table directly to the press, gentle and rapid pressing to avoid the oxidation of the must and excess of vegetable components. Static clarification for two days with the lees in suspension. Fermentation at 14ºC. After fermentation, 20% of the wine was aged in used French oak barrels for 5 months. The wine was then stabilized and filtered.

Ode Lagares shows Red Wine highly toned, with aromas of spicy red fruits and focused, fine finish.

This is Touriga Nacional at its most elegant.

A wine with this finesse is the perfect match for poultry, duck, quail, pheasant and squab. Its delicate structure also allows to pair well with oily fish like salmon and tuna. That said, it is a ioy to drink on its own
