The vineyard was monitored and pampered throughout so that yields did not exceed 1500 litres/ha and the grapes arrived at the winery in the ideal state of health and ripeness. At the winery, a ‘special’ vinification process was devised for this product, different from what was usual in other companies in the region.</p> <p>As an accompaniment to a good dessert served at a temperature of 14ºC. </p>
