Gema Alvarinho is a niche white wine produced in the esteemed sub-region of Monção and Melgaço, notable for its elegant and structured profile. With an alcohol content of 13.5%, this 100% Alvarinho monovarietal exhibits a complex nose with notes of citrus and tropical fruits, complemented by a vibrant minerality that is the signature of its terroir. It is frequently praised for the balance between the freshness of acidity and the long, persistent finish.

Due to its gastronomic nature, the ideal pairing for Gema Alvarinhos is  seafood dishes, grilled fish, and white meats such as poultry accompanied by citrus sauces. Its freshness also makes it an excellent partner for spicy Asian cuisine, fresh salads, and soft cheeses, serving equally well as an appetizer when served between 10ºC and 12ºC.
