<p></p><p>Dona Niza Arinto is a wine made from Arinto grapes, rigorously selected from the vineyard at Monte do Pirolito in Carvoeiro. The grapes were harvested by hand, in 12 kg boxes, in order to preserve the full quality of the grapes.</p> <p>This wine has citrus and green apple notes. On the palate it is a wine full of salinity and freshness, with a long finish.</p>

<p></p> <p>Olive oil obtained from the olive trees of the Quintas located in Cumieira, in the Baixo Corgo sub-region of the Douro. The olives are harvested by hand in order to preserve the structure of the tree. The olives are sent directly to the mill in plastic food boxes with a capacity of 25kg. No olives are picked from the ground. Extraction is carried out mechanically at low temperatures, where a continuous two-phase extraction is then carried out. The decanting process lasts between 2 and 3 months.</p>
