The wine is the product of an intimate knowledgeof autochthonous grapevine varieties and the unique terroir of theregion, orchestrated in perfect harmony
Vinification
After the destemming follows the cold maceration for 24 hours. Then starts the fermentation in small capacity stainless steel vats at a temperature of 14°C for 4 weeks
