Monte das Bagas Pinot Noir Red Wine is the result of a passion and challenge to create a distinctive and daring profile. Its light, open colour awakens our senses to feelings of subtlety. Aromatically very expressive, sweet and rich in primary aromas of cherry, raspberry and strawberry. On the palate, the acidity is present and well integrated, with a medium body and an elegant finish that allows us to make the most of this grape variety planted on the Alentejo plains. The grapes were harvested early in order to obtain a wine with a low alcohol content and generous acidity, thus creating a very balanced and highly challenging wine.
