Monsaraz Syrah 2013 Red Wine
CARMIM - Cooperativa Agrícola de Reguengos de Monsaraz - was created in 1971 by a group of 60 winegrowers with the objective of producing and marketing wine, from the grapes of a group of winegrowers of the region.
CARMIM currently has about 900 members and produces 74 wine references: from whites to reds, from youngsters to reservations, to liqueurs, rosé and sparkling wines. CARMIM also produces brandy and oils of recognized quality

- The wine presents a ruby color, with aromas of ripe black fruit and some notes of vanilla, coconut and chocolate. In the mouth it is broad, fresh with firm tannins and an extended end of test

- Grapes from selected stands, with pre-fermentative maceration of 48h, followed by fermentation at 24ºC with the use of robotic blanket dipping, total maceration of 15 days
