Monte da Peceguina is a refined and elegant rosé from Herdade da Malhadinha Nova in the Alentejo. Crafted from carefully selected grapes harvested by hand in the early morning and gently pressed before fermenting at low temperatures in stainless steel, it preserves all the freshness and purity of the fruit. On the nose, it reveals delicate aromas of fresh red berries with subtle floral undertones. The palate is vibrant and balanced, combining fruit, volume, and crisp acidity, leading to a dry, long, and refreshing finish.

Monte da Peceguina Rosé Wine is perfect as an aperitif but also shines at the table. It pairs beautifully with summer salads, grilled seafood, sushi, Mediterranean dishes, and light pasta. Its freshness and acidity also make it an excellent match for Asian cuisine with mild spices, as well as charcuterie or soft goat cheeses, making it a wine to enjoy on many different occasions.
