Tapada do Chaves Vinhas Velhas 2013 Red Wine
This is the result of the perfect combination of Trincadeira and Grand Noir grape varieties, from the old red vineyard planted in the land back in 1901. It has a concentrated ruby colour and a very complex aroma, with soft balsamic and notes of woods, with black fruit, rock-rose, earth and a vibrant vegetable. When subject to tasting this is concentrated and deep wine, highly structured, with present and extremely elegant tannins. The fruit, minerality and balanced acidity provide a very long and persistent finish, full of character.
