Niepoort White Reserve is harvested earlier than usual on the island, aged in stainless steel and is composed of three grape varieties: Verdelho, Arinto from the Azores and Terrantez from Pico.
The colour is golden due to its partial stage in wood.
In the nose, one can feel the iodine of the sea, citrus, apricot, spices such as vanilla pods.
In the mouth it is structured, denser than one would expect, with an acidity that balances the almost salty aftertaste.
