The palate is dry, crisp, and linear, with bright acidity and a clean, persistent finish. With moderate alcohol (around 12% vol), this wine is refreshing yet structured, making it a great pairing for grilled fish, seafood rice, and soft cheeses—and an excellent candidate for aging.</p>
