Caracolete 2015 White Wine

Caracolete White Wine displays pale straw hues. On the palate, pronounced aromas of limestone mingle with notes of orange blossom. Its high, citrus-like acidity lifts the wine to show its unique character: fresh, complex, distinctly elegant and fine. An austere and profoundly mineral finish concludes the wine. A serious and extraordinary wine which should be served in Burgundy wine glasses.

Caracolete is a wine from old vines, spontaneous fermentation and whole grape maceration.
