The Lés-a-Lés project came from winemaker Jorge Rosa Santos' desire to recover old grape varieties and styles of wines that almost no longer exist in Portugal. Each wine is, therefore, an invitation to discover forgotten heritage. Just like the expression "Lés-a-Lés" in Portuguese means "to go from one end to the other".

Caminhante Rosé is a wine that reflects the uniqueness of its terroir. Grown in vineyards on granite soils interlaced with clay, this Rosé is the product of a harmony between the minerality of the granite and the water retention provided by the clay, contributing to the unique expression of the Baga grapes.

The vines that make Textura da Estrela Red Wine have around 25 to 60 years old, in granite soils and with a production that never exceeds 4,5 tons per hectare. Vila Nova de Tazem (Serra da Estrela sub region) is a terroir where the labels “Textura da Estrela” comes from. This is a low intervention red wine in which we do short pump-overs in the first days of fermentation and then only cap management. Results in a very typical Dão reflecting their genuine terroir and sense of place
