Pinhanços is a magic slope that is like a balcony facing the majestic “Serra da Estrela”. Here we have an amazing view of rough cutted ridges that seem like brodery on a towel of an altar that sometimes is immaculated white. On each hill side, a small vilage, a chapel. And small streams wrinkle the landscape, running frightned but quietly slipping to the sea.

<p></p><p>Quinta da Alameda Torreão Red Wine is made from Alfrocheiro and Touriga Nacional grape varieties, this red reflects the Dão region. The region's expressiveness can be found in the aromas of forest, wet earth transmitted by Alfrocheiro and red fruit by the Touriga Nacional. Elegance and character come through in the mouth, not too extracted and very well balanced.</p> <p> The Alfrocheiro variety's characteristic light colour gives it  a floral nose, reminiscent of the woods and the humidity of  autumn, while the Touriga intensifies the red fruit and  bergamot, giving it a pleasant intense aroma.
