<p>Quinta de Saes Tobias Curtimenta White Wine is a single-varietal wine made from the Cercial (or Cerceal Branco) grape, and it's renowned for its unique profile. This profile is largely due to a winemaking process that involves skin contact, which subtly aligns it with the style of the so-called "orange wines". However, it still preserves the freshness and elegance that are characteristic of the Dão region.
