Complex aromas of red berry fruit, hunting and earthy notes.
Vinification
The grapes were harvested on the same day but fermented into two separate batches: one at higher temperatures, with prolonged maceration, and the other at lower temperatures, with less time in contact with the grape films.
Ageing
They were separated for eight months in French oak barrels.
