The main grape varieties are Jaen, Baga, Alfrocheiro, Tinto-Cão and Tinta Pinheira. Indigenous yeasts and fermentation in a vat with 30-day cuvaison make this wine a distinct wine, with delicate aromas, nice minerality and very fine tannins. It is elegant, intense and pure.
