"Fora da Série" transcends an innovative and bold range of wines. It also signifies a process of (re)learning, testing new market trends, and experimenting with responses to challenges such as changing consumption patterns, climate change, or the ecological footprint we leave behind. With this in mind, at the core of this idea is also a serious and consistent orientation towards sustainability. As a result of these new responses, of course, new wine profiles are born. These aim to follow market trends, which predominantly lean towards wines with lighter tannins, more versatility, lower alcohol content, and increased sustainability.</p>
