Quinta do Síbio 2021 Rosé Wine

Quinta do Síbio 2018 Rosé Wine - A Rosé, of great aromatic expression, showing delicate notes of strawberry and red berries, combined with floral nuances. On the palate it reveals to be quite fruitful, yet complex and rich, with a great acidity that contributes to its long, lingering finish.

Located in the Roncão valley, a famous site for the quality of its wines, Quinta do Síbio presents itself as one of Real Companhia Velha’s oldest estates. Today the property, extends onto the plateau of Alijó with a total area of 101,5 ha enjoying South and West sun exposure, in between 90 and 550 metres of altitude

The layout of the vines follow the level curves and are installed in traditional socalcos made os shist stones, highlighting the heritage of this property.

Following a total restructuring of its vines, this charming quinta is one of the most innovative projects in the region, where we implement a vast program to recue some of Douro's oldest varieties, which were in risk of extintion.
