<p>Vilar de Torpim Reserva Rosé Wine is made from the Tinta Roriz grape variety by winemaker Jorge Rosa Santos. Its production process involves a very gentle direct pressing, utilizing only the highest quality "must tear". Its unique structure is due to its aging on fine lees and the inclusion of a small percentage of the batch aged in barrels, making it the perfect accompaniment to any meal.</p>

<p>Vilar de Torpim Reserva Red is a wine that reflects the profile of high-altitude reds from the Beira Interior. Crafted from a blend of traditional regional grape varieties, such as Touriga Nacional, Rufete, and Tinta Roriz, it stands out for its balance between the maturation of the fruit and the typical freshness of the mountain climate. The year 2022 endowed it with a good concentration of aromas and a firm structure, with the stage in wood adding complexity without overshadowing the identity of the terroir.<br /><br />The project is signed by the winemaker Jorge Rosa Santos, who uses the Vilar de Torpim brand as a space for interpretation and enhancement of the winemaking potential of Figueira de Castelo Rodrigo. Through an approach focused on the natural expression of the vineyard, the winemaker seeks to create structured, elegant wines with a strong gastronomic component. The Vilar de Torpim Reserva Red is a testament to this dedication, a wine that exemplifies the richness and depth of the region's terroir, while also showcasing the unique characteristics of its grape varieties.
