Olive oil obtained from the olive trees of the Quintas located in Cumieira, in the Baixo Corgo sub-region of the Douro. The olives are harvested by hand in order to preserve the structure of the tree. The olives are sent directly to the mill in plastic food boxes with a capacity of 25kg. No olives are picked from the ground. Extraction is carried out mechanically at low temperatures, where a continuous two-phase extraction is then carried out. The decanting process lasts between 2 and 3 months.
