Aroma of good intensity and some complexity, white fruits, tropical, citrus that gives it harmony. In the mouth it has a vibrant but well integrated acidity, notes of citrus and floral with long and balanced finish
After soft destemming, the grapes are pressed, followed by decantation at low temperature with strict oenological control. Obtained the necessary limpidity is followed by long alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature between 16ºC and 18ºC
