Dark ruby color, ripe black fruit aromas integrated with good notes of spices, suggesting pepper, fresh and enveloping. Elegant with good acidity in a well structured set of persistent finish.
Aroma is ripe red and black berries, spicy and balmy. The palate is well balanced, round, rich in fruity and spicy notes. Nice structure of soft tannins. The 6 months of aging in oak barrels is giving soft wood in the aftertaste. This wine has its own character.
Vineyards located in red soils owing to the brown or crystalline limestone, with red schist layers, benefiting from a Mediterranean climate with high thermal amplitudes and hot, dry summers. After the necessary care during the growing cycle, the grapes were harvested manually and transported to the cellar in small boxes.

This wine features a bright colour with purple and red reflections. On the nose, the aroma emerges alive and refreshing notes of berries, plums and red ripe fuit are easily identifiable. The grapes are harvested by hand and subject to a rigorous choice at the entrance of the winery, and are expected to mature vigorously. In the harvest of 2016 we selected a small batch of red grapes. We have sought out these grapes for their essence, and literally undo them to reveal it. We bring this white wine of red grapes to you to discover the black / white dichotomy that is hidden in this bottle.
